The more I look into the poly non-monogamous landscape it ever so looks to be click bait for some industrious, entrepreneurial women and bogus websites. I don’t see it anywhere in my real life and I’ve been pretty engaged. Let’s say since a teenager which is decades. Looks more like a bunch of horny men wanting to fuck multiple women.
To access certain content (mostly 7 second previews of OF content) I have to fork over $60 on Fet, OnlyFans content creators don't pay anything to upload their mostly childish garbage and to piggy back on Fet to accrue subscribers to their OF page.
In general, so tired of everything being a marketplace. I'm happy to pay for premium content, but substance is very much lacking. Everything is cookie cutter.
Maybe because of my job in professional development, but it's my job to deliver the "why."
You know, William, how I'm hard on myself about some of my paid content (the novel). I work hard and know others do, too. I don't take support lightly. I hope in this fucked up world I deliver authenticity and weight, experiences that reveal the waywardness of humanity. (I actually let myself be very vulnerable in the paid chat last week. Not preferred as an enneagram 8. I deleted it later in the day due to no response. I figured my readers didn't want to hear it.)
What can I say? I'm a giver with high standards who hates to admit she's desperate for community.
Sorry that I missed the paid chat last week so I have no idea what experiences or ideas you were writing about. I'll have to keep a closer watch on my Substack notifications in the future.
I totally agree with your first statement. I'm happy to pay for premium content as well but when the bar for premium content is so low, the good stuff becomes difficult to find.
You do work very hard on your content and bare your soul sometimes, that should be obvious to anyone but sadly it's not to a lot of people. I appreciate your efforts. It's sad that it's so hard to find community but those looking for that connection have to sort through so much garbage to even hope to find it.

Yes, the landscape got popular in recent years, and that's when it got so fucked up.
As a switch, it makes my dominant side want to come. "Oh, is this what you wanted, baby?" 😅
(Have to laugh or I'll cry or scream.)
Or like George Carlin would say who’d wanna fuck them anyway. That’s not how I really feel just thought I’d throw in some comic relief.
Have you checked out Plura? It has a ton of online workshops and community events. I use it for that and turned off the Dating App feature
I will definitely look into that. Thanks, Dr. Amber.
If you speak anywhere near the way you write, your husband must love to hear you talk. ♥️
Thanks, but I definitely have my rough moments. 😅
Beautiful writing, even if there wasn’t a happy ending. Thank you for sharing. 🙏
Thanks, Rebecca. ❤️

Ok, rant is over.

No problem. I may bring it up again. Working on my next Lookbook post.

Thanks, William. I appreciate that.
So sorry FetLife didn't work out. Good luck finding what you are looking for.
Back to the drawing board, I suppose.
Oh wow. I'm gonna have to go down the rabbit hole and read all your previous posts!!
Open book... for better or wor-- I mean, best. 😁
To Mr. Ladd's point, Fetlife has become the free marketing arm of OnlyFans. I'm waiting for it to become the same for Ozempic.
Always a consumer. 😮💨
